  • Ah yes, also Charlotte’s birthday, apparently ;)

  • What time - Arrive between 16:00 and 16:30. The festivities will start at 16:45.

    If you’re running late, that’s okay — just slip in and follow the crowd discreetly.

  • The celebration will take place in a big grassy field and a sailcloth tent with a proper, levelled wooden floor.

  • Don’t worry - whatever the weather, we’ve got you covered.

  • No need to eat beforehand — there will be plenty of food and drinks.

    We’ll flow from outside to inside, with a mix of standing, sitting, eating, drinking and dancing.

    Just arrive and enjoy — we’ll take care of the rest.

  • The venue is a little outside Ghent, so getting there and back is easiest by car, taxi/Uber, or carpooling.

    Staying over is possible — whether by camper or tent — just let us know via the RSVP so we can plan parking and space accordingly.

  • Dress code: Summer festive & chic

    Afraid of overdressing? Not a chance.
    Don’t be afraid to shine, to wear colour, or to go a little bold.
    Is black your colour? Do your thing.

    Need a reason to buy something new? Consider this your sign.

    But most importantly: wear something you feel great in — and can dance in all night.

  • We’ll be partly on grass (weather permitting) and partly in the tent (with a proper, levelled floor). Keep that in mind when choosing your shoes. Maybe skip the ultra-thin heels — unless you enjoy a challenge ;)

    To avoid waste, feel free to bring your own comfy dancing shoes for later in the evening. There will be a place to leave them when you arrive, so no need to carry them around.
